1. ELIGIBILITY
The Matt Painter Autographed Basketball Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (16) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Boiler Fanatics (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM EST on October 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on March 5, 2027 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer server is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, visit boilerfanatics.com and complete the online registration form to create a free account. You must provide all required information (such as valid full name, valid email address, and date of birth).
- Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address.
- Multiple entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means or by creating multiple account aliases will result in disqualification.
4. PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING
- Prize: One (1) autographed basketball signed by Coach Matt Painter (est. fair market value: $150.00).
- Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
- Prize Restrictions: No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION & PRIZE FULFILLMENT
On or about March 6, 2027, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
- The potential winner will be notified via email at the email address provided during account registration within 48 hours of the drawing.
- The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 7 days of notification.
- If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from remaining eligible entries.
- If the potential winner’s primary residence is located more than 100 miles from the Sponsor’s location, the potential winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with prize fulfillment. The potential winner must either arrange for in-person pickup at their own expense or cover all shipping, handling, and insurance fees required to deliver the prize to their location.
6. PUBLICITY RIGHTS
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, voice, opinions, and hometown/state for promotional, advertising, or trade purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, virus, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operating in violation of these Official Rules.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Boiler Fanatics, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, or liability arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
